All PawsAndCrumbs baby bodysuits are fully compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).

Classification

These garments are classified as everyday bodysuits — not sleepwear, pajamas, or nightwear. They are intended for daytime wear only and do not require flame-resistance treatment.

CPSIA Compliance

  • Tested and certified by the manufacturer (Gerber Childrenswear LLC) per CPSIA requirements
  • Free from restricted substances including lead and phthalates
  • Safe for infants ages 0–18 months
  • Snap closure at bottom — no loose buttons, ribbons, or drawstrings
  • OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified inks — tested for harmful substances

Tracking Label

Each bodysuit bears the manufacturer tracking label required by CPSC Section 14(a)(5), including manufacturer name, production batch, and country of origin.
