Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order and custom printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We will always make it right if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or with a print defect
  • You received the wrong size or product
  • Your order is lost in transit

In any of these cases, email us at hello@pawsandcrumbs.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund within 48 hours — no hassle.

Size Exchanges

We cannot exchange sizes as each item is printed on demand. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
